
At The Doric Kitchen, our mission is to show the world what the Northeast of Scotland has to offer, as we travel through coast and country collecting ingredients from local suppliers. Showing the our small part of Scotland has it all.

Our award winning head chef Graham Mitchell has travelled the world and worked in some of the finest restaurants now himself as head chef at two locations in Aberdeen city. His depth of culinary knowledge is shown through out the show as he creates incredible dishes for our guests.

We aren't just showing what the Northeast of Scotland has but we are also showing its food history, teaching viewers at home how to make some of real Scottish house hold favourites.
